A light but enjoyable tale of adventure and skulduggery, involving an attempt to retrieve what is believed to be the world's largest meteorite, from a very forbidding location in farthest Tierry del Fuego. There are interesting plot twists, and the characters are painted with just enough detail to elicit sympathy. Not a great book, but an enjoyable beach read. (Fiction) 08/13/09
