A Bold Fresh Piece of Humanity

By:Bill O'Reilly
Marist graduate Bill O'Reilly outlines his childhood and early adulthood in this most recent offering A Bold Fresh Piece of Humanity. This reader particularly liked the historical references made in the book. It helped bring the reader back to what seemed to be a simpler time. For him and this neighborhood friends, however, change and all that went with it was just on the horizon. He credits his strict catholic upbringing with saving him from the scourges that led his troublemaker friend, Clem, to an early grave. The book is worth a read for his description of his high school summer adventures in house painting. (Non-fiction) 08/21/09
