Most fiction is based on fact. We read scary fiction with the assumption nothing that outrageous could ever actually transpire. Unfortunately, The Whole Truth may be just that, a picture of what can happen, what has been happening in our high tech world where money and power can buy "perception management." Only four stars because the hero is a bit of a cliche - expected subtler character development. (Fiction) 07/27/09
