No Matter What

Lisa advises people on how to improve their life to where they would want it to be by using a positive attitude about themselves and their life and a positive thought process. She gives suggestions, exercises, and has many questions for the individual reader to ponder about themselves. She uses her own life experiences for examples on how to or how not to react or how to address certain issues. In addition to her books she is a successful motivational speaker for adults and for teens, which I think is needed in this day and age. I truly loved this book and would recommend it to anyone but especially to a person going through a difficult time in his or her life. Review by Susan. (Non-fiction) 07/19/09
